No, return shipping is on us. Just call one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives for a prepaid return label. Please use the return label we will provide you with, as it is trackable and ensures you receive credit for your return if your package is lost.
Yes, please speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label. Products returned without the RMA will incur a 25% restocking fee. If you choose to have the product returned to you, you will be charged $14.99 to pack and ship the non-RMA products.
