It only takes about 5 minutes, and a board-certified ophthalmologist will review your prescription within 24 hours. Once approved, you'll get a copy of your renewed prescription.
You don't have to send us a copy of your prescription, but it will help us ship your order faster. Take a picture of your prescription with your phone and upload it when you place your order, email it to myRx@1800GetLens.com, or fax it to 1-800-401-1495. Please include your order number when you email or fax us your prescription. You can write it on the fax or include it in your email.
Your prescription is verified (either with a prescription you send us or by contacting your eye care provider). If there is a problem, you will be contacted. When your prescription passes, your order will send to fulfillment and shipped.
You will need the information on your prescription to order contact lenses. This information is available on either the prescription provided by your eye care professional or the contact lens box. Your eye care professional is required to provide you with a copy of your prescription. It's the law! You can upload your prescription when you order your contact lenses. If you don't have your prescription, enter the prescription values on the side of your box and enter the name and phone number of your eye care provider. You do not need a copy of your prescription to order contact lenses. You can simply enter the prescription values on the side of your box and enter your eye care provider's name and phone number in the checkout process. We will contact them to verify your prescription.
