Of all the RGPs that I have tried the Optimum Classic lens is the most comfortable. It keeps my eyes moist and lets them breath and keeps them feeling great all day every day. I never have any problems with it and the best contact lens is one you don't know is there!
When it comes to gas permeable lenses the Optimum extra is my favorite. Let me tell you why. I can wear this lens all day and it never gives me dry or irritated eyes! I am not constantly putting in eye drops with this lens. It is also very durable and it lasts more than a year if you take good care of it.
The Optimum Extreme has always lasted me at least a year with the last 4 that I have worn. The lens stays comfortable the entire time too which I thought was a very nice change. With other lenses it seemed like the last 2 weeks or so the lens was very uncomfortable but its not the case with the optimum extreme.
